Kathy Perry graduated from MA College Of Art in Boston with a BFA in painting and illustration. She studied Art Therapy at the University Of Miami in Coral Gables, FL and has taught creative expressions in numerous nursing homes. She has also taught art history, painting and drawing classes to adults and children. She encourages people to enjoy the process of creating with paint.

For many years Kathy has exhibited her acrylic and watercolor paintings in galleries throughout Florida and the New England area. She was a regular exhibitor in the prestigious James Hunt Barker Galleries on Palm Beach, FL and Nantucket Island, MA throughout the 1980's and during the later part of this period, Kathy and her husband Edward owned their own gallery on Palm Beach.

For over a decade, Kathy and Edward traveled back and forth between Florida and New Hampshire exhibiting their works in numerous juried art festivals, gift shops, art galleries and museums.

Recently they have become full time residents of the north country, settling in picturesque Lyman, NH. She loves the natural beauty of the area and much of her work is inspired by local scenery. Kathy loves color and texture which shows in her use of palette knives to create three dimensional effects on her most recent acrylic work.

Her passion for nature and all things created display her inner conviction that all talent is a gift from the Creator. The ability to paint is a blessing to be shared with others and has been described as both cheerful and uplifting.

Her work is in private collections throughout Europe and the United States.
