Lee Petruk

Lee was born and raised in Manchester NH, graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Microbiology. After college Lee moved to Maryland to begin a career in cancer research doing contract work for the NIH.  After 8 years in the lab, it was time to start something new, she moved into scientific instrument sales and applications, this job brought her around the world with various companies.  For the past 11 years she was the sales and applications manager for laser micro  dissection microscopes for cancer and neuroscience research for the Americas, and applications specialist for the world. Working for a company based in Switzerland, and covering the world for applications took her to some interesting place. Alas the travel was getting tough, so early retirement was a option she took. She left the bustle of the city and moved to Whitefield with  her partner Phil and her dog Gracie, had a great year off hiking, biking, kayaking, snowshoeing, skiing, and taking pottery lessons, so  here I am, using the left side of my brain and trying to be creative!
